Poor buying experience/Poor service experience I will rank my experience as poorest to date. I've bought several new vehicles in the last 10 years and this ranks as my worst experience. Ordered a truck, had to make several calls and emails to get the order straightened out. (Never will I pre-order a vehicle again based on this experience) I will only buy off the lot in the future. Delivery was a botched day as well. Had a tight schedule and had to wait in the lobby excessive time to get paperwork sorted that they had 2 weeks to do. Paid a big PDI fee and noticed the DEF fluid cap left off, nice! Who actually did the inspection? While picking up a truck, dropped my Silverado off for service. Track had an intermittent starting issue. Told today that they wouldn't look at the starter as that would take too much time, just hooked it to a computer that said it was fins. xxx!! Now its been fixed in Ft McMurray (at a huge premium I may add) by someone who actually physically looked at the STARTER!!!! I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone and won't be returning. You only get one chance to earn my business and in this case I gave them lots of feedback on my thoughts and the chance to make it right which they didn't do to my satisfaction. After todays conversation with the service department I am even more convinced its a poor dealership with a poor level of service. Do yourself a favor go to another if you have the choice!! More

What ever you want to talk about 4/4 pulling trailers hot shot fuel economy accessories CJ as been working hard all his life around trucks and pickup trucks he must be one of the only salesman that really know and can help with the choice of a new truck with no xxxxxxxx . In 3 days he found me the exact truck i needed gave me top price for my trade and all rebate he could find on the new one and i know he push very hard on his team to make shure the rust treatment , accesories, detailing , financing was done fast and perfectly on time so i could just swing by have new truck explain full of fuel and ready to go back to work very impress!
