Good customer service has almost become part of the past and great customer service almost none existent, however, walk through the doors of Sherwood Park Buick and you will then in essence be stepping back in time.The service I received initially from Wayne Taylor was second to none. he thoroughly explained the vehicles and the process for purchasing and joined me on my test drive. He is very professional without being overbearing. He was with me at every step of my purchase expereince explaining who i was going to be dealing with and why. Once I had decided on my vehicle I talked to the finance department and Shaun was extremely helpful. When I came to pick up my vehicle I dealt with Ferid who explained all of the functionality of my new vehicle plus gave me a tour of the service department. Loved every minute of my experience and would sincerely recommend using this dealership to any of my friends and colleagues in the future. 5 Star rating for sure. More

Amazing customer service! I first met Chris back in December when I was toying with the idea of trading in my car. I was very upfront with him and informed him that I was in n I first met Chris back in December when I was toying with the idea of trading in my car. I was very upfront with him and informed him that I was in no hurry to purchase, but wanted to see what options I may have in the near future, unless I was given a deal I couldn't pass up. We ran out of time that night, as the dealership closed. I left town for a couple weeks for work and Chris remained in contact with me, keeping me informed every step of the way. Ultimately we were unable to make a deal, but this is in no way because of Chris. I was asking alot in terms of a trade in for a summer sports car, in the dead of winter. I have remained in contact with Chris and him and I are once again trying to make a deal. Not once have I felt pressured or that my particular circumstance was not important. I would highly recommend Chris and the Sherwood GM team to anybody who is in the market for a vehicle. I am looking forward to getting a deal done in the near future, and beginning what may hopefully be a long lasting purchasing relationship with Chris and the rest of the team. Great job!! More

Custom Truck mud flaps fixed and tires replaced Cole, Mike and Teneal in customs did an awesome job fixing my truck. They never stopped till he job was done right and I was totally satisfied. We received a call from Sherwood Buick GMC on Sunday to let us know that they were in a position to buy back some vehicles and would we be interested We received a call from Sherwood Buick GMC on Sunday to let us know that they were in a position to buy back some vehicles and would we be interested in having an evaluation done on our truck. After some discussion we scheduled an appointment for today. We were told that we were booked to see one of their appraisers (Kayla) and it would take about 20 minutes. This morning they also called to confirm our appointment. We arrived for our 1:00 appontment and were told Kayla would be with us shortly. We had 2 other sales people come to ask us if we knew what kind of car we wanted to buy. We explained how we were contacted and that we were simply there for the appraisal at this time. After 15 minutes we were told that everyone was in meetings and unable to see us at this time!! Sooooo....THEY called US and book an appointment. THEY confirm that appointment. We arrive at the appointment and after 15 minutes of waiting we are told NO ONE can see us? What a total waste of our time! Not impressed. More

They even found me an insurance company that didn't try to ripe me off. I love my first car, and definitely will recommend this dealership, as well as Brandon Jarvis himself. He listened to everything I wanted, kept the vehicle within my budget, and never settled for anything less then what I wanted.
