It was Kolt and he asked me a few questions and made an appointment to get my trade in appraised. When Kolt was busy, he didn't put me off, he asked a co-worker if he could fill in for him. That's when I met Jahnoel. He phoned and asked if I was ok with him dealing with me in Kolt's absence. He then spent a lot of time going through numerous options for me. Then showed me a 2015 Sierra (new) and I was sold right away. Then I went in to visit Tim in finance and there was no pushing this or that on me. It was relaxing and informative as he explained what was happening step by step. Then I met Jahron who answers a few questions on his brother's behalf. Perfect dealership for the buyer with 1000 questions. I purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra in March of 2016. I was referred to Wayne Robertson, Sales Consultant and he was the point man on my multi-visit vehicle I purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra in March of 2016. I was referred to Wayne Robertson, Sales Consultant and he was the point man on my multi-visit vehicle purchase deal. Wayne spent ample time getting to know what I wanted, and didn't want, in a vehicle. He was very thorough and patient despite the astronomical amount of questions and "buts" and "what if's" that I had. He presented me with several vehicle choices and even after a few revelation moments that took us back to the drawing board, he remained vigilant to find me the perfect truck. Also spoke with Phil about the price and Phil was as patient, if not more so, when it came to my attempts to out-deal the dealership. And after much research, I feel strongly that I got a smokin' good deal. Also kudos to Glenn in the finance department. He is not listed on the dealer site at this time, but he spent a great deal of time explaining the financing to me and went above an beyond with an unexpected lesson in economics and commercial finance as well. All-in-all, my best vehicle buying experience ever. I will be back for the upgrade when the time comes. More
