Background: Our goal was to upgrade to a truck and the GMC Sierra was at the top of our list. We were considering new and used options that were in our price point. We had been looking at multiple dealerships and working with multiple sales people before we even came to Sherwood. In all of our experiences before Sherwood, we saw the more "traditional", aggressive, pushy, unreliable, untrustworthy, sales-types that were more interested in just making the sale regardless of what vehicle we left with or how we felt. It was beyond exhausting and we were ready to give up. We put a feeler out to Sherwood after looking at some of their stuff online but we were hesitant to get into further discussions with yet another sales person at another place. However, from the very first time Bucky (Buchanan Hunter) reached out to us, it was a breath of fresh air. Bucky (Buchanan Hunter): Bucky's customer service was the best that we've ever experienced from a salesperson. He did not push us, took time to listen to exactly what our needs/interests were, did everything he could to find us what he wanted, went above and beyond to earn our respect (which was commendable given our recent experiences), tailored the experience to us and made us feel comfortable, remained unbiased, clearly and openly explained details of the process (Searching for the right vehicle, Test drives, financing, etc,), explained technical details of the trucks we were looking at, remained unbiased, and responded to every single question we had. We cannot say enough about how refreshing it was to work with Bucky and to come to a deal that worked for us and the dealership. We would/will be recommending Bucky to everyone we know. Tim Nguyen: Tim helped us with financing of our vehicle and unfortunately he caught us at the end of the process so we were exhausted. Regardless, Tim did everything he could to make us comfortable, make the process as simple and painless as possible, explain all of the details to us, and respond to all of our questions. Tim was very friendly, efficient, and made the effort to make a financing experience feel a lot more personable. We were pleasantly surprised by how open and helpful Tim was throughout the whole process and we would/will recommend working with him to anyone. Linda (Reception): Unfortunately, we did not catch Linda's last name but naturally, she played a huge role in our experience at Sherwood being at the front desk. Linda is absolutely lovely. In every interaction we had with her she was friendly as can be and did everything she could to help direct us to whoever/wherever we needed to be. With Linda at the door to welcome us and send us on our way, it instantly felt like being welcomed into a home instead of a dealership which definitely added to the whole experience. Dealership (Sherwood): This dealership impressed us. It honestly felt like going to visit family instead of a bunch of sales reps trying to sell sell sell. The experience went above and beyond our expectations. The care and attention we received is 100% attributed to the amazing people at Sherwood namely, Bucky (Buchanan Hunter), Tim Nguyen, and Linda (Reception). In my opinion, this is how sales should be run and though I can only speak for the people we worked with, I can confidently say you will be in good hands with Bucky, Tim, and Linda and I will be recommending these amazing people at Sherwood to everyone I know. Just got the first oil change and found out all the fluids that should be changed at 75000KM was not changed so once again more money I have to pay for a newly used vehicle. They are a complete joke. He told use that in order for them to hold the truck for us we had to put a down payment on it , which we did .he also said we would get it back weather we bought the truck or not , we picked up the truck 4 days ago and i have requested the down payment several times now and he keeps telling me he has e- transferred the money each time. How ever still no money , dont understand how someone like this still works here . More

Jahnoel was very helpful in finding the exac I just purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain from Sherwood GMC, everyone was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Jahnoel was very helpful in finding the exact vehicle with all my wants and needs in a timely manner! They were not pushy on trying to get me to purchase and applied all the incentives they could to get me the best price. I love my terrain and would definitely return to purchase my next vehicle! I'm from out of town so I went through the city on a Thursday and they had my vehicle ready for me to pick up on my way back home on the Monday.
