He called later that Monday and told me the vehicle would be done before the end of the day.Have dealt with Greg over the years and has always gave me exceptional service. More

Instead he constantly deflected from answering trying to get me to come in. Then he messages me and asks what add was mine again... are you kidding me you messaged me. When I explained that another dealer in this time period had already called and were upfront answered my questions and gave me answers.... he responds. “ not sure what to respond” You guys should be embarrassed if this is your sales team.
