Only gave 1 star because it won’t let you put no stars to rate them. They deserve NO stars. Had a deposit on 2 Denalis for over one month. One for me and the other for another family member. When vehicles arrived we were advised they would not sell to us because they thought we might export the vehicles. The Sales manager would not return my calls. I have owned many GM vehicles and am a loyal GM customer ! This has left a bad taste in my mouth. Never ever imported or exported a vehicle and my last GM vehicle was a 2018. Other family member had never before purchased a GM vehicle. Not sure how they normally treat new customers but I know this is not how they should treat people buying new vehicles! Should be an exciting process not a stressful and upsetting situation. Will be filing a report with GM Canada and Amvic. Disgusting customer service. No call back from GM even though messages were left. They changed prices of vehicles. Just terrible business antics from one of the largest dealerships. Won’t be going back ever! Price gouging and running credit and overall horrible experience. Tears and disappointment in the end. More
Last week I bought a truck at Sherwood Buick GMC. I was dealing with Braeden who when’s above and beyond. I drove down from Fort Mcmurray and all was as we agreed I’m now the proud owner of a 2019 GMC Sier dealing with Braeden who when’s above and beyond. This has to be the worst dealership I have ever worked with. After finding the truck we wanted, and leaving a deposit on it till we could come in person to pick it up, Braeden texted us the night before t with. After finding the truck we wanted, and leaving a deposit on it till we could come in person to pick it up, Braeden texted us the night before to tell us they had sold the truck to someone else. There was no explanation of what happened to our deposit, no reasonable explanation of how the inept business could let this happen, and no further apology from anyone at the dealership. This is not a five star dealership, and I would NOT RECOMMEND working with Braeden on a deal, since he is a poor salesman when trying to answer questions about the used vehicle in question, and does not follow through with arrangements. There was a lien listed on the car star report, and when we expressed concern, he was not able to provide further information, and then was too wimpy to call us to tell us the deal was ruined, just a lame text message! We were not impressed in the least bit. More

Came in with what I thought was a mail in my tire.Found out only the bleed was corroded. No charge and a car wash!!! Awesome staff and they did not ask me if I had been there before!!! I will not be returning for anything other than my free oil changes. Got some maintenance service done and had issues as soon as my vehicle was returned to me. I feel nickel and dimed, purchased a wiper bl oil changes. Got some maintenance service done and had issues as soon as my vehicle was returned to me. I feel nickel and dimed, purchased a wiper blade and they wanted to charge me additional $20 for labour. Drive up to another GMC dealership in Edmonton they tossed the wiper on for me, no charge and looked at my vehicle right away when I told them the issues. Walked out without paying for anything. We are unhappy with our service experience. We took our vehicle in to fix our starting issue and we had a check engine light on which we assumed was related to the starting issue. They called us and told vehicle in to fix our starting issue and we had a check engine light on which we assumed was related to the starting issue. They called us and told us why our vehicle was not starting and also told us of a couple other minor issues of a license plate light burnt out and our hood struts needing replacing. We authorized fixing the issues except the struts as they held ok for us and didn’t see the necessity of changing them out at the time. Our bill came to around $800 and we came to pick up the vehicle. We started it and the check engine light was still on. We went back in to the service department and indicated this and assumed they just didn’t clear the code. The rep checked out and said there light was on because of a miss fire and some sort of temperature issue which apparently had no relation to our starting issue. We asked why we weren’t told of this when they were going over our vehicle the first time and the service tech said we didn’t ask for us to investigate the check engine light…what??? We are not mechanics, our vehicle sometimes doesn’t start, we assumed the check engine light was because of that. Also, we didn’t ask you to look at our hood struts or license plate light but you informed us of those issues. Like I said, not happy and we will not be getting this dealership Service Centre to fix our issue and will be going elsewhere. More
