I had an excellent experience with Todd in getting my new GMC Sierra. Factory ordered and delivered how I wanted it and in the time Todd told me. From ordering a vehicle to finance, this dealership was awesome. Nolan went over and above to try to fit our needs, and was very open and honest about everything, even when it was something we didn’t want awesome. Nolan went over and above to try to fit our needs, and was very open and honest about everything, even when it was something we didn’t want to hear due to restrictions. We shopped around with numerous other dealers (as the vehicle we wanted is near impossible to find right now), and Nolan was one of the best to deal with. We decided to go with a different dealership because the vehicle we wanted would land first there, but I would go back to Sherwood GMC and Nolan anytime! Responsive, honest, and extremely easy to deal with. Thanks Nolan for all the help and when we look to trade I’ll be coming to you first! Big kudos to the Dealership as well for not forcing any add ons to increase profit. I really respected that I didn’t get told there’s a mandatory 3m and undercoating package like other dealers did. Sherwood was amazing to deal with. More
I dont know what to say. Its been up and down. Initially I was told that the vehicle will arrive end of april. Moved multiple times so i have to move my appointments multipl Its been up and down. Initially I was told that the vehicle will arrive end of april. Moved multiple times so i have to move my appointments multiple times too. Christian has been nice but man this dealerships after sales care went downhill since we had our first vehicle. Heres why, Since the date was moved several times, I was asked on how they can make it right. I told them my request because I was trading a vehicle and im paying much more now but im not even using the new car. So i asked to return the difference. No updates... nada.. i believed they wished I forget about it. Then I received a call that it will be prioritized to arrive a little bit sooner. However I cant move the dates of my appointment already. Ok fine Ill suck it up. Finally the vehicle arrived. I Asked for the documents i needed the first day the vehicle arrived. Nobody followed up.i have to message christian again to ask for the documents on the 3rd day as my wife needs to sign the documents (you feel my frustration? I have to beg for info and documents. Ive been following it up myself) they finally gave the documents needed on a friday and I manage to get a license in the nick of time. When I finally got the car I have a big relief that atleast I dont have to wait anymore. However still no mention or update about my request. Told myself if they will not take responsibility I promised myself this will be the last vehicle well buy from them. Its not the end though.... everybody forgotten my deposit.. I have to followup myself to retrieve my refundable deposit. Why do I need to request for my deposit back myself? Why? All in all its really not a good experience and obviously nobody cares after we signed and made the purchase. I have to followup myself. Now my 2017 acadia we decided to replace and trade. Ill wait for the 2023 gmc acadia. Im dealing with Capital Buick Edmonton now and they will update me once we have news of the new one. Its just so sad that the dealership that I got my first car never really cared that much after the deal. Sure maybe they have a lot of busy days, but once you sign, most of the time, your on your own. Follow up yourself or wait until they are not busy. This deal took a lot of my energy seriously. - benedict More

Sherwood Park Buick GMC provided, not only the worst dealership experience of my life, but probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m the kind of guy that takes good care of his dealership experience of my life, but probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’m the kind of guy that takes good care of his vehicle. I take pride in ownership and meticulously look after my truck… after all, these are MAJOR investments these days. When I take my vehicle to a dealer for service, I expect my vehicle to be treated in a similar manner and for that dealer to take responsibility for my vehicle while in their care. April 21, 2022 my 2022 Sierra 3500 AT4 went in for a defective part repair to Sherwood GMC. After service was completed, my truck was carelessly parked by a dealer employee in a laneway (not even a parking stall) in front of the service bay obstructing part of the roadway. When my vehicle was struck by a reversing delivery van, not employed by the dealer, my issues began. My service advisor, Robin Lenney called me to let me know what had happened, but not to worry, the driver of the van was courteous enough to leave a note. My response was sympathetic to the dealer. If a note was left, they wouldn’t have to pay for the repairs to my vehicle out of pocket for the damages incurred while in their custody. Great. Apparently, my understanding about how these types of scenarios are handled, at least by this dealership, was very wrong. Robin basically laughed in my face. He was immediately confrontational and condescending and explained to me in a tone that was anything but cooperative (putting it lightly) that this was 100% my problem… anything they do to help is out of charity. He used the example “it’s like if your vehicle was hit in the Safeway parking lot” even though I wasn’t the one who improperly parked the truck, nor were the keys even my possession when the vehicle was damaged. The dealership refused to take ANY responsibility for what had happened and seemingly took pleasure in antagonizing me over the phone in any way that they could. I talked to Paul Hrynew, the service manager, and he was equally as antagonizing as Robin Lenney. They perpetuated an attitude of “we don’t care at all” in everything they said. The customer service provided was admittedly infuriating, appalling, and totally unacceptable and I would encourage any dealer principle that cares about customer retention to compel both of these individuals to seek employment in a different field, not related to customer service. To make a long story short, I’m in the progress of repairing my vehicle elsewhere, and will hopefully be compensated by the driver of the delivery van. The onus has been placed on me and Sherwood GMC made it clear they want no involvement. I will not be back for service, and I will CERTAINLY not be purchasing a new vehicle from Sherwood GMC in the future. More

I worked with Brett Oor and Michael Friesen. Both of them made my purchasing experience very enjoyable. Even in this challenging market they made it easy! Both of them made my purchasing experience very enjoyable. Even in this challenging market they made it easy! More

I have waited 8 years to upgrade my vehicle. It was worth the wait. I can honestly say I have ZERO buyers remorse (something I have never felt). Taylor went above and beyond to get me the Audi exactly as I w the wait. I can honestly say I have ZERO buyers remorse (something I have never felt). Taylor went above and beyond to get me the Audi exactly as I wanted, and better than I even imagined it could look. She was truly amazing. Jessica in finance got me the best rates and was just SO genuine and kind-the bill of sale and finance contract was easy to understand-I knew exactly what I was signing... It was such a simple process and the first time I've been at a dealership and felt the experience was WAY MORE than fair and a great deal. These girls were so sweet and professional and I will be a lifelong client, and recommend them to anyone who doesn't want regrets. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU!!!!! More
