First off Robin in service was and is over the top on his part. Now the shop not so much. I hade my 2500HD in for 2 recall items and an oil change. When I picked the truck up I had to wait for the paper work part. Now the shop not so much. I hade my 2500HD in for 2 recall items and an oil change. When I picked the truck up I had to wait for the paper work not a deal at all. while waiting I opened the the hood a quick look noticed that the washer fluid was not topped up Robin to the rescue he had it fixed. The truck had not been washed again not a big deal. Got home to find antifreeze and ATF dripping every where and all over the garage floor. So off to the car was to clean up and look for the leak's. No source found, just the fact that the truck had not been cleaned up after the work was performed. The Tech had done the repairs.and found the parts he had put in were defective and ATF was sprayed every where. He then replaced the parts that took 2 more days. The truck was sent out the door after that and had not been cleaned up. More
