I required a small part for my truck's cargo cover which has been an ongoing issue for months. Shawna took control of the situation, got the part and notified me that the part was in and she was personally has been an ongoing issue for months. (sales manager) was exceptional leading the deal and ensuring my needs were met. Nolan G. did a great job explaining finance, maintenance and warranty options. And, Sheldon H. was very helpful delivering the truck - showing me its many outstanding hi-tech and other features. The team helped me with insightful knowledge, and were accommodating of my schedule - even when it may have been "after hours" for them. Every one was exceptionally customer oriented.
