Typical, now the dealership claims I never bought vehicle from them. Wow. One of the points i did not bring up earlier is i want an answer from chevrolet head office why they purposely sell vehicles with the wrong size spare tire. They are purposely sending wrong size spare tire on brand new vehicles so they cause damage when used and then they blame customer. In my case they will say it was previous owner. yet when vehicle was advertised they used the same vehicle description as brand new vehicle. shwoed it had 2 fobs, showed it had spare, nothing was disclosed about dents,or wrong size tire, or that it did not go thru the vehicle inspection they claimed it had or they would know trailer tow system was in operable. AND they do not want to warranty because they claim it was all previous owner. They have not even seen vehicle since i took it but they already know all problems were previous owner did that much damage in 18k and yet truck was represented to me as being brand new condition. That is hilarious, they do not know who i am or have my contact in their data base. that is exactly the type of games they play. I am writing the ethics commission as i am not happy at all with being forced to purchase buyers protection plan direct from chevrolet. And why it is they are allowed to have trucks on road that do not meet department of transportation rules. The chevrolets do not have working windshield wipers after minus 10 celcius and now they are saying too bad consumer, you already paid for truck and now u need to go buy after market heated windshield wipers that also void warranties once installed. What kind of auto maker relies on after market parts that voids warranty. i am also forwarding this to department of transport and find out if they are being paid to look the other way. the commercial chev 5500 has same issue but Apparently department of transport is allowing trucks on hiway even though they cant see thru windshield. chevrolet has been ignoring this problem for years, had i known about it I would never had bought. I had a 2012 prior which did not have the ridiculous wiper problem
