Recently my husband and I were looking for a new or used truck with an 8 foot box. Taylor in sales was great in helping me get in a truck. I'm very indecisive so she had her work cut out for her. I had initially signed paperwork for a used vehicle and it was all said and done but then fi I'm very indecisive so she had her work cut out for her. I had initially signed paperwork for a used vehicle and it was all said and done but then figured out that I would actually be saving a ton of money with a promotional interest rate and a discount from my employers preferred pricing on a brand new vehicle instead. Jade in finance and Taylor essentially did their jobs twice for me and didn't make me feel bad or trapped in regards to changing my purchase even though they didn't have to. They made my kids feel welcomed as well and if they were annoyed at kids they hid it very well so bonus points there. There were a few issues with my truck from factory when I picked it up but Taylor made sure they rectified the issues as fast as possible and I got a real truck as a loaner when it was in the shop. After initial purchases most employees seem to ignore your calls but the kindness carried on even after sales were in stone. The only negative thing I have to say was in regards to a miscommunication for a 3M paint protection package that I did not want but was charged for anyways. Overall great service, great people and I would recommend. More
