After repairing a second time that was paid for out of my pocket, the repair was awful. Bad color match, broken bumper mounts, scratched my rim and there is distinct lines of where they repaired and sanded AFTER they were finished. More

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I Purchased a brand new vehicle from Shellbrook gm and have had it in the shop 6 times in 6 months! Everything from replaced differential to transfer I Purchased a brand new vehicle from Shellbrook gm and have had it in the shop 6 times in 6 months! Everything from replaced differential to transfer case to Non working Onstar services to broken door lock mechanism. Nobody has wanted to help me. They keep putting everything off. GM CANADA not helpful either from not returning phone calls etc. You are on your own if you purchase a vehicle from these guys. It is extremely tiring. They basically wear you out so you give up. I am now stuck with a new vehicle that doesn't run and operate correctly for 7 long years! I do NOT recommend Shellbrook GM or GM. More
