I had very poor experiences with CMP Chevy and decided to switch where I get my truck serviced. The best part of the experience was actually receiving phone calls updating me on the status of my truck and everything that was being done to it. My truck is now running better than it has in months and in one visit Shaw GMC fixed the issues that CMP Chevy could not. More

I had a tremendous anti freeze leak on Friday, and was desperate to get my work truck repaired so that I could return to work the next week. Shaw kindly fit me in to their schedule on Saturday, and had the repair completed by mid afternoon. I am always amazed at how expensive car repairs are, but that's the way it is, I guess. I do feel that I am treated with honesty and am not being overcharged, or asked to do work that is not necessary. The shuttle service is outstanding, very prompt and professional. Lisa was friendly and professional, and always offers alternatives to dealer parts that can be considerably cheaper. Well done Shaw. More

Customer Service has greatly improved since my last visit. From being contacted before first scheduled appointment to say the shop is behind and rescheduling before I dropped off the vehicle, to being visit. Coming from the customer service world myself and seeing how complanies are not training wonderful customer service anymore I was impressed. Additionally, it was a welcomed touch that my vehicle was washed after service and prior to my picking it up. It really is these little extras that make a dealership service visit a lot more pleasurable. More
