FORGOTTEN Warranty Work I had dealt with this dealer for about 5 or 6 year servicing my e150 van. They had a few missteps on service, but hey who cares it wasnt my van. However when it came to my own vehicle they dropped the ball twice. First time I arranged for a gas tank replacement as part of a FORD Canada recall. We worked with the service advisor, arranged a date, ran the gas tank low, had my Wife meet there to drop off the vehicle, we arrive and are told sorry we dont have your gas tank??? Why did you bother allowing us to book an appointment??. So that was late winter or early spring of 2017, they then said they would get a tank and call us. ITS NOW ABOUT 8 or 9 months and we have not yet received a call. Fortunately there are other Ford dealers who value customer business. More

Problem solver Shanahan ford newmarket, was an amazing dealer, I bought a preowned car from them that used to have lien from a previous owner, and by the time they t Shanahan ford newmarket, was an amazing dealer, I bought a preowned car from them that used to have lien from a previous owner, and by the time they took to fix this, they allowed me to rent another car untill I recieve the keys. I am a new foriegn worker and they have an excellent plans for financing the rest. I highly recommend Shanahan for the easiness and user friendly experience. More

They could care less I had the misfortune of breaking the ignition key to my truck. I spoke to the dealer where i purchased my truck who is located one and a half hours aw I had the misfortune of breaking the ignition key to my truck. I spoke to the dealer where i purchased my truck who is located one and a half hours away from my home and it was decided to make it easier i should go to a local dealer to get the key replaced. I went to Shanahan Ford and spoke to the service writer and explained the situation and told him that i was concerned to shut my truck off for fear of not being able to get going again. He didn't care at all. Offered no solutions except that i should go to Mcalpine Ford in Aurora instead. I said to him that i was assured by the dealer where i bought the truck that it should only take 15 minutes to get it going and that i was concerned about being stranded. He responded that he had 350, 15 minute jobs to do and he pretty much had no time for me. I was speechless to say the least and off i went . I cant imagine how a dealer could treat someone so poorly although ive herd similar stories from others but nothing first hand as i choose to stay away from this dealer. To anyone looking to buy a new truck or needing service go to Erinwood Ford instead. They are truly number 1. Rob Barrett More

Service scheduling Hours of service are terrible for the average day shift worker. Constantly trying to make a appointment in which personal work will not be missed. Booked time off to suit SERVICE,then they call on same day to cancel the appointment! !! Bought two brand new vehicles on the same day in December at this dealership and will never again buy or recommend Shanahan Ford !!!! I have even drove in 5 times ,trying to just get the Bluetooth working on truck. Only one person has knowledge on Bluetooth and is never available after 3:30p.m. They tell me to bring in vehicles for regular service,yet can't get them to book them unless I am willing to take time off of work (located in Woodbridge). Pathetic! ! Shanahan needs to run an afternoon shirt a few times a week to suit there customers . The half day Saturday does not work for most customers either. More

Frank was the sales person and Patrick was the manager involved in the purchase.It was a two hour drive for me,so via the internet a price was agreed upon in an email providing there were no issues.Upon seeing the car there was a small issue that we both agreed need to be taken care of. They happily took care of the issue for me. I picked up the car the following week with a seamless transaction.Thank you to both Frank and Patrick on your professional and courteous salesmanship.I would highly recommend Shanahans to anyone looking to buy a used car. .
