Friendly advice from being over promised and under delivered I had the opportunity to have Mitch provide me friendly advice and options on assisting my husband and I on our move to another province. Recently my I had the opportunity to have Mitch provide me friendly advice and options on assisting my husband and I on our move to another province. Recently my husband and I bought brand new vehicles along with 3 other friends as well spending over 300 to 400 thousand dollars. I was promised by another salesperson that he would look into things for me and never did. He just forgot me and after the sale was completed it felt like I was direguarded and he was on to the next client. It left a bad taste in my mouth and a little sour towards the dealership and the individual. Mitch came into my work and through conversation he was able to have a discussion with me and provide advice on my husband and my move to another province. Mitch took the time to have an honest and helpful conversation and restore some of my faith in your dealership. He wasn’t making a sale and still took the time to talk to me. Every time he sees me he asks me how things are going. That is customer service. It is nice to know there are still true professionals and not the old stigma of the “Cheesy car salesman” that only want the sale and treat you like gold in front of you but as soon as you leave the lot you are forgotten and just another number. It is sad to not have the people in the service industry make you feel that way, but luckily you have Mitch to help restore your brand because honestly before him I never would have recommended your dealership. I will still continue to share my total experiences by word of mouth so I hope you continue to have better coaching opportunities with your staff to make them have better customer service after the sale is completed to make us still feel like we are important and that we matter. I believe in customer service and I have been in the customer service industry for over a decade and I have been a leader and a coach and expect great customer service when I provide it in return. Great job to Mitch for restoring my faith. Keep up the good work. I also would like to give a shout out to your service department. When I went and got an oil change they were amazing and deserve the recognition. I am sorry I do not know who I dealt with on that side. More

The best service I have ever received while purchasing a new I have never had a salesman at a dealership go above and beyond like Wayne Ivan did. He went out of his way to arrange for me to purchase a couple of accessories the vehicle didn’t come with and his dealership didn’t carry. Then the icing on the cake, Wayne drove over 500 kilometers to deliver my new vehicle ( with the new accessories that he had afraid of me to purchase) and take back the trade in.
