This has been the first time for me venturing away from Ford and looking at a different make of Truck. When I meet with Mike, I told him what I am looking for and what I am expecting. Tires on 2017 GMC Sierra Bought the truck new from the dealership in 2017. We have always had trouble with a rumble in the tires - they have been rotated twice to try to solv Bought the truck new from the dealership in 2017. We have always had trouble with a rumble in the tires - they have been rotated twice to try to solve the problem through Shaganappi Service - nothing was caught or said that the tires were unsafe. I just brought a tire in (OK Tire Cochrane) to have a nail hole repaired and was informed I had 3 defective tires on the truck and was told that these dealer tires should not be driven on and signed a form that I was aware of this when I left, Today (Dec 10) I brought the truck in to Shaganappi to tell them of the problem and showed them the write up from ok tire "Unable to repair - Large bulges in tire - All tires in poor shape with 3 of 4 having the bulge issue" "All tires have a line around the outside sidewall and when we opened the flat repair we found the bulge happening inside" "Dealer Tires - customer aware not to drive this far and getting new tires" After inspecting the tires they informed me they were fine other then minor cracking and compared my tires to another set they had. The only other inspection they said they would accept is if I brought the truck to another GMC dealer. In the end Shaganappi wasn't interested in solving my problem. The icing on top of it all is through the rotation from Shaganappi the lock nut key was damaged and when I asked about it today was told to go buy a new one. To say Im unhappy is an understatement - I put my husband, myself, children and grandchildren at risk on these defective tires More
