Grayson was very polite and professional as was the young lady who booked the uber. But the uber driver was rude and agressive and the staff informed me they followed up with Uber and that driver is not allo lady who booked the uber. But the uber driver was rude and agressive and the staff informed me they followed up with Uber and that driver is not allowed to pick up shaganappi motors clients anymore.
