When customer tells the salesman that he's serious about purchasing the vehicle, tell the customer that the salesman can't afford a Tahoe 4. When customer informs you of his current tow rating on his vehicle, tell the customer that he's wrong. Still, we all had a good laugh about it after we left the dealership, and purchased a fully loaded Ram 1500 cash. More

Vehicles damaged during servicing Twice bitten, Third time shy. The last two times I have had my vehicle serviced at Shaganappi GM, my vehicle has had body damage. Never again. If you have to do to this dealer for service always do a walk around with the service rep. as damage is noted after the fact. More

Worst experience from any dealer Bought a truck through the gm certified used vehicles. When went to initially pick up the truck I was waiting for half hour for them to bring it aroun Bought a truck through the gm certified used vehicles. When went to initially pick up the truck I was waiting for half hour for them to bring it around, was told because batterys needed a charge because they went dead from them detailing it having doors open and what not. Truck was not even wiped down with a cloth, only to realize it had a starting issue the next day. From the truck not starting 90% of the time and having a major power steering leak, these guys dont care what they sell. Their full of excuses and lies. I thought going to a certified used gm dealer you would have some piece of mind. Stay away from these idiots More

Outstanding Customer Service!!! I bought a car from Larry Carpendale for my daughter and his understanding and patients through the process was outstanding. I never felt pressured to I bought a car from Larry Carpendale for my daughter and his understanding and patients through the process was outstanding. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, he seemed genuinely interested in finding the right fit for my daughter. This is her first car and she was so excited about it, Larry seemed just as excited for her, showing her all the features. He even gave her a travel mug. Pretty small thing I know, but to a kid it was pretty special. I would recommend Larry to any of my friends and family in a heart beat. I know they would be well taken care of. Trevor Smith was also awesome in the negotiation process. Overall a very positive experience. Keep up the great work guys! More
