Alicia set me up with Ken Paget and I took an Equinox out for a test drive. Ken also got me to test drive a Chevy Trax and I was very happy with it. It is a very nice vehicle. We went back and did all the paper work and then I was sent to Steve Rayton for the financing. It was a very easy and took no time at all. The communication efforts were varied but Nelson was always quick to respond and with answers we needed. Very thorough and never felt as though we were getting the run-around. Being the only person we dealt with through the whole process made this purchase incredibly smooth and efficient leaving us very excited about our new SUV even a week later. Shopping for a new truck Saturday afternoon we arrived at Shaganappi to hopefully meet with a particular Salesman regarding taking out a Colorado for a test drive. We current Saturday afternoon we arrived at Shaganappi to hopefully meet with a particular Salesman regarding taking out a Colorado for a test drive. We currently have an Acadia and are looking for something slightly bigger, but since it will be used for commuting we do not want a full sized truck. We approached the front desk and asked to speak with Rick (who wasn't in that day). The Sales Manager was called. He came over and we told him that we'd like to deal with Rick, but would like to take a 2016 Colorado for a test drive so that I could decide whether I'd like to move up to a truck or to stay with an SUV sized vehicle. We were informed that He did not have any license plates currently available. We asked if we could see what they had in stock and he informed us that they were located out the back door. We walked around the for about 10 minutes until we finally located the Colorados and Canyon's. We noticed a salesman driving his customers around on a golf cart. We walked back into the dealership to see if the sales manager received a plate yet. We were told that he could call our salesman into the office on his day off but that would take at least an hour for him to get there. I asked if he could borrow a plate from another salesman and he said no. Then I proceeded to ask him if they were supposed to be a team or not. He looked at me like a deer in headlights. I told him that I had had enough of standing around waiting for someone to "help" us and that we would take our business elsewhere. He at least apologised for the inconvenience. The sales people at this dealership are clearly only out for number 1 and I will not be supporting them now or ever. Edited: both the original Owner and the Salesman that we wanted to deal with have since contacted us and have given their apologises and are looking into a potential offer More
