All other Sales Managers seem to think they have to pressure (and play the "bad cop") to the consumer. Steve knew his Chevrolet product inside and out, had a great vehicle for us every time that was by far priced "properly" and gave us fair trade-in value. Your friendliness and honesty made this the best car purchases we have ever made. Keep up the good work Steve ! Perhaps you can work on that accent a little more. Easy Purchase For Out Of Province I found a great vehicle at a great price at Shaganappi GM. Being out of province was no issue for Ken Paget and the finance team as they were well ve I found a great vehicle at a great price at Shaganappi GM. Being out of province was no issue for Ken Paget and the finance team as they were well versed in what taxes, permits and restrictions were in place to bring a vehicle from Alberta and Saskatchewan. Ken provided every piece of information he could and responded to my many emailed questions quickly and completely. When I flew into Calgary they had a cab pick me up to bring me to dealership. The vehicle was sitting there ready to go once we arrived. After a test drive and a look over the vehicle which I had only seen on the Auto Trader app I wasn't disappointed. The business team had provided all warranty information ahead of time so that I had all the information I needed prior to arriving and could be on the road as quickly as possible. Ken took me over to the registry service near the dealership to pick up the in transit permit and I was on my way. Since getting back to Saskatchewan I have had no issues whatsoever registering the vehicle and am enjoying my new purchase. Thank you for the easy and painless experience from a customer who in general really dislikes the entire shopping experience. I would definitely come back to Shaganappi for my next vehicle even though it is 8 hours away. More
