Upon reflection of my experience, I can say that Steve is not your typical car salesman. He is first and foremost a people person. Steve expressed interest and concern in who I was as a person and who my wife was as a person and made us feel very welcome during the whole process. It has been a few years since I've seen Steve and when I was in the dealership the other day he recognized me right away and asked me how I was doing and how the family was and how the kids were. That's why I say Steve is not your typical salesman. Yes, Steve sells vehicles (and he will help you find what best fits YOUR needs), but he's more than a car salesman. He is a relationship builder.
