2015 GMC HD oil leak etc.. I have had nothing but disappointment from these jokers.... if it's a recall to check a brake pedal bolt they can handle it otherwise take your vehicl I have had nothing but disappointment from these jokers.... if it's a recall to check a brake pedal bolt they can handle it otherwise take your vehicle elsewhere. Wasted 5+ days trying to repair stuff, actually damaged my vehicle and then sub par repair and I can still see the damage (dented and scratched) they will always tell you it's fixed when it's clearly not. They appear to be masters of soaking GM corporate out of warranty repairs that are bogus and unrepaired. Stay far away!!! More

Money Grab We've had some concerns about this dealership for a while. Every time they look at our Suburban - they find something that needs to be replaced. We had some work done in October at another location and took it back in for a checkup at Shaganappi. they recommended a $1500 urgent repair on some work that was done 3 months previously. We took the vehicle back to the place that did the original work and a third party for another opinion they indicated that their was no way on earth that the part needed to be replace and could not even fathom how GMC figured replacing a new part was advisable. Total money grab. More
