Purchased 2017 Chevy Colorado Had a really good experience here. Wayne Ivan was the sales consultant and Jordan Bey was finance/business. The purchase was simple and straight forward and in my opinion how it should be. Both the gentlemen I dealt with knew their business and product knowledge. Came away with exactly what I was looking for as well as spending very little time at the dealership. Know what you want and these guys will make it happen. More

He responded to phone calls in a timely fashion and was pleasant in his dealings without being too pushy.. Overall I would recommend both the dealership and Ken to prospectove buyers. The financing details were handled in a very professional and pleasant manner by Steve Rayton. More

Frustrated and disappointed with Shaganappi GM I bought a used vehicle complete with a three month warranty. The salesperson, Jack Kilotaitis assured me that if anything went wrong with the vehicle I bought a used vehicle complete with a three month warranty. The salesperson, Jack Kilotaitis assured me that if anything went wrong with the vehicle within the three months it would be fixed under the warranty. The brakes were squeeking yet they had assured me the brakes were repaired and in good shape. It turns out they had to do some further work on the brakes and charged me for it. I asked why I was being charged for it, since it should have been covered by warranty, and was told by Nelson, the used vehicle manager, that I shouldn't have been charged and he would take care of it, but he never did. I have phoned Nelson repeatedly over the past year and left messages, but he never called me back. I've stopped in three times and am told "Nelson is not available today." This is one example of many problems I've had with Shaganappi GM. Dealing with Shaganappi GM has been a frustrating experience. I feel the salesperson was very misleading and would say anything whether it was truthful or not. More
