Horrible Customer Service I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to have a positive customer service experience. I was mistreated, lied to, ignored and overc I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to have a positive customer service experience. I was mistreated, lied to, ignored and overcharged when I brought my GMC Terrain in for a few warranty repairs. Service advisor had absolutely no knowledge about company's warranty policy. I was charged for something that I was told would be covered under warranty, and they won't refund my money nor did I receive an apology but apparently a free oil change makes up for everything.. I called and left messages with different advisors including the service managers and no one would return my phone calls. I was not informed my car still had a repair to be done after picking it up and once I noticed (after I left the dealership) I had to come back and speak to someone about it. The advisor had no idea that the techs had to order in a part and I was to make another appointment to have it fixed. Complete nightmare of an experience choosing this dealership and I will never bring my vehicle here again. And to top it off, what I was charged for wrongfully, my power window still doesn't work properly! More
