The layout was over the top, with two large water features and two antique 'DO NOT TOUCH' vehicles in showroom. Really? You're not Porsche or Mercedes. Learn your market.. As we had an appointment with someone, the 'in your face attitude' of 'salespersons' (parasites) hanging around the reception desk was uncomfortable and unprofessional. To be fair, out salesman was reasonable and what you would expect at today's dealerships (cesspools of society). It was obvious from the start that our salesman had no power, control or say over the potential deal. His knowledge of the product we were interested in was a little above average, but his ability to answer 'financial' questions was non-existent (duly trained and obviously MICRO-MANAGED). The deal presented by sales management was NO DEAL and we happily left the facility. Never to return. Of note: we purchased the vehicle we wanted 4 hours later at Davis Chev in Airdrie, and the experience COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER! Night and Day management examples. More

Bullied, demeaned, didn`t pass info to tech I took my truck in to test a wiper motor and get a scan done if that wasn`t the problem. When booking appointment, I was told to bring it in early to give all the info on what I had done as I had followed the GM flow sheets. I had the back panel off, told the clerk the ohms readings, what I had done according to the GM flow sheet. When I got the bill they wanted to charge almost $200 because despite the motor being exposed and ready to be tested, they checked the system and wiring first, èven though I wanted the motor tested, Sara said `they test the motor last`. Funny thing is , after all that they recommended a new motor. Now the worst part was the service manager`s reaction. Merv was insistent that they had to follow the flow. At one point he said he could see where I was coming from but after he learned all the stuff I had done that wasn`t conveyed to the tech because Sara didn`t write it down, ie that the panel was off, he lost it, said I was being irrational, told me he`d eat the bill if I didn`t come back, that I wasn`t worth it, and continued to berate me in front of others. After being a customer for 35 years, spending over two grand a few of years ago on the catalytic converter, having had the car towed there from Field, it`s disgusting they treated me like that. More
Very trustworthy. I have gone there for years. I trust the dealership, and I really trust the service department. The service department are top rate, thorough and treat me well. Everyone is professional, friendly and value their customers. Even the car jockey guy has a great attitude and runs to open the door for you when he sees you coming. Heck we were even treated to a bbq spolumbo sausage and bun last weekend. More

Unorganized About a week after delivery of the car the General Manager had contacted me asking me to return the vehicle due to miscommunication by his finance tea About a week after delivery of the car the General Manager had contacted me asking me to return the vehicle due to miscommunication by his finance team and the previous lien holders on my trade in. In my honest opinion its the dealerships job to clarify all the details with the previous lienholder to ensure everything was accurate before telling me I could take delivery of a new car. When I'm being told all the paperwork was done, that should also include clearing any liens on the trade in. Now I'm out of a vehicle because the previous lien holding dealership wanted their vehicle back due to this mistake. Other then that Wayne Ivan was fantastic and I feel sorry for him as he probably loses out on the sale. Either way I probably wont be a return customer in the future due to the Shaganappi making this mistake. Todd is super clueless, and tried putting the blame on me when his dealership should have done their job to clear any liens on my trade in before delivery of a new car. More
