Incredibly Terrible Service I walked into the sales department three time over the past month and not once was I acknowledged. I wandered around and even sat in some vehicles - I I walked into the sales department three time over the past month and not once was I acknowledged. I wandered around and even sat in some vehicles - I would also like to mention that I was the ONLY person in the sales section until two men walked in, both of whom got service. What a shame, as I was looking at a 2019 GMC Denali. I have never been completely ignored at a dealership - this was by far the worst experience I have ever had while looking for a new vehicle. If I do purchase a General Motors product it will be from another dealer. I would never bring my vehicle to this dealer for service as I’m sure the service department has the same terrible standard of service. Unfortunately, my experience at Shaganappi has been had by many of my female friends, all of whom were looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
