I walked into the service dept today and was told Anna is no longer there. What a shame she was amazing. A nice young lady greeted me named Rosa, then Domenic came to take my keys. Hello, I am writing to you in regards to the service I have received from Seven View. Anna is a true gem, she was the only one who acknowledged me. Domenic left me hanging, he began saying he is t have received from Seven View. Anna is a true gem, she was the only one who acknowledged me. Domenic left me hanging, he began saying he is too busy to help me and I have to wait 10 mins. Then he said to me to rebook my appointment that I booked in 1 week ago. This is terrible, you should not treat a customer like that. Anna was great she took it over and handled me as a manager should. She is great with customers. I was truly upset and she made me feel appreciated, heard and she thanked me for my business. She made sure my car was done in a timely manner and She kept me updated even while I waited in the lounge. If you need service done right go see Anna. She is truly great at her job. She does deliver amazing customer service 10/10. I will continue to come to seven view but only to deal with Anna no one else. Everyone else ignores you. Anna keep up the great work !! More

Domenic colalillo is an excellent service advisor, helped me by squeezing me in on a busy saturday a week in advance and also has kind words. He thanked me for my patience as we both found out i need rear br me by squeezing me in on a busy saturday a week in advance and also has kind words. He thanked me for my patience as we both found out i need rear brakes so i had to wait an extra hour for them to get done which i was fine with, he kept apologizing for it taking long but assured me everything would be 100 percent afterwards, he is very friendly, good people person, always making sure you get right service done on your vehicle. I was very happy with the way he treated me as a customer, made me feel welcome there and like i mattered to the dealership, was honest about the price and always tried to be fair.
