The tow guy said that Seven View was one of the best service department. I walked into the service department, and it was busy.. After Domenic took care of his client, I was next.. Domenic assured me that he would take care of me, I thought OK.. Domenic ask me what happened.. he knew that I was really upset, but Domenic calmed me down,.. he asked all the right questions to get it right. Somewhere in the conversation I said I might as well get an oil change, my first oil change 5000KM. Next thing I know Domenic is calling a rental, I didn't have to ask!! That meant so much to me. Then we went over the report that he was writing up for the mechanics.. Domenic was very thorough, he noted everything I said.. my concerns.. Next thing I know .. the rental rep was at the door. for me. Domenic assured me that they will get this done..he would not hold my truck hostage..lol..Then as I was leaving.. I asked.. Oh.. don't forget the Oil Change.. he had already put in the request. I was impressed that he remembered, under the circumstances of morning chaos. Next day.. I get the call.. the Ram is ready.. Then I had to tell Domenic that I need to be assured that this will not happen again when I pull out of the driveway.. I had to tell him about my fear. I was in a serious car accident with a transport truck ( his fault) Further explained that I bought up to a RAM 1500 from a Venza to be safe on the road. Domenic told me that the Electrical Mechanic took it out for a drive and all ok.. BUT he will take it out.. I asked that he run it hard.. over bumps etc.. I get a call about an hour later.. Domenic took it out on his own.. up the 400 highwway.. Then I thought we are GOOD and arranged to pick it up. I was confident that the truck was good to go. I picked it up.. he explained what they did.. I was very satisfied.. left happy. But that was not the end.. Domenic called me the next day to see if everything was OK.. It was.a very positive expierence. So much so, I am taking my daughter next week to look at a new car! Testing the real customer service and loyalty - big failure Interesting how this review works. It forces you to review when you bring money to the dealer but what if they have to serve you and it's on them .... Interesting how this review works. It forces you to review when you bring money to the dealer but what if they have to serve you and it's on them .....? As expected no loyalty and you are dead to them. Did two tests. First when repair needed to be done while car is still under warranty. They don't call you and they are too busy. Suddenly you have to call. There is no interest to schedule you in. I made an appointment and they mentioned it will take them at least 3 hours. Once arrived. They prioritise you different. Took my car to Canadian Tire instead. Immediately served and with 45 minutes they had the issue. I saved money. They have no idea how much $$ one is losing in 3 hours. Bad treatment Seven View. Not taking your customer seriously. Second, tested whether they would buy my car. Just six months on the road, same condition. They cut the purchase price nearly in half...really...and then the obvious excuses. its the market, they have to make money. excuse, you already did. Where is your service hat now, you think you won't see me again so you gave a ridiculous trade-in price. So shortsided and short minded. Don't bother to call me again, not even for a service. Won't see any of my dollars. Please see through their 'commitment, service excellence statements, great personalities'. Typical car dealer who is just interested in fast money. More

For the last 15 years (!) and so many cars , Seven View gave us a wonderful, reliable and fast service ! Warmly recommended ! More

Very poor customer service I bought Dodge Carvan 30 years anniversary on Augsut ,2014 and I have suffering from maintenance department staff especially from Terry Huff service I bought Dodge Carvan 30 years anniversary on Augsut ,2014 and I have suffering from maintenance department staff especially from Terry Huff service manager!!!!, my van was damaged by them when I spoke with the service manager he was very rude and his staff started to harassment me and denied no one care about customer after sale . I have spent more than 6 month negotiations and got nothing wasting time and money, finally ,I decided to change this dealer to Chrysler parkway who is welcomed and repaired seven view maintenance damage for free. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to any one. More
