Great buying experience! Eddie was great to deal with from the beginning. It was time to change my 2011 Jeep Patriot and, after a great recommendation from my brother in law a Eddie was great to deal with from the beginning. It was time to change my 2011 Jeep Patriot and, after a great recommendation from my brother in law about this dealership and Eddie in particular, we booked an appointment with him. Eddie was great to work with. He listened to what I was looking for (I was set on a Jeep Cherokee) and offered great options that fitted was I needed and were available in stock (no long wait, great!). In less than one hour, I found the car I was looking for, test drove it, got a very fair appraisal for my trade in and a great price and financing for the new one. That's efficient! There was no pressure at any point to get something I didn't wanted or needed. When I went to pick up the new Cherokee, again an amazing experience. Eddie was ready to see me. We finished paperwork quickly, swapped plates and car seat and I was ready to go. Before leaving the lot, Eddie walked me through the features of the new Cherokee, even paired my phone to the Uconnect system, so I didn't need to worry about it. That saved me a lot of time of figuring "where is this button in this car" and reading manuals. Thank you Eddie for a great buying experience.
