Salesman Paul Roccatani worked like Murdoch I was buying a used car this past summer that still had 1 year factory warranty on it, but needed confirmation that the car was properly serviced for I was buying a used car this past summer that still had 1 year factory warranty on it, but needed confirmation that the car was properly serviced for the first 4 years in case I needed to make a warranty claim and prove that it was well maintained. Paul Roccatani was my salesman, and went above and beyond the call of duty - acting like Murdoch (as in Murdoch Mysteries) to find the dealership where the car had been serviced by the previous owner. I phoned that dealership and received confirmation that the car had indeed had all scheduled maintenance completed. As a result, I was able to buy the used car with confidence. Thanks Paul ! More

I just bought my second Jeep from Seven View and it was the simplest and least stressful car buying experience I could imagine. I shopped a dealership closer to me in Ottawa and right away, I knew it was going to be a week long game of back-and-forth negotiations. I gave Eddie a call, he asked me what I wanted and what my bugdet was. Within an hour I gave him a deposit over the phone. I traded in my previous Jeep (SRT) I bought from him in 2014. He gave me a fair price for my trade in right off the bat. There was never haggling over price or pressure sales tactics. Just a straight up good deal from the get go. More

We went to half a dozen new car dealers with little or no response / follow-up unless willing to pay window price. The process can be overwhelming and somewhat unpleasant for female buyers. I did by chance computer click on SevenView Chrysler while searching and comparing Southwestern Ontario dealerships. I was emailed and phoned by "Eddie" over next few days as they had what my wife wanted in a vehicle (as well as a huge stock) over a few days. There pricing / offer was better than any others that I could get but just a few hundred short of where we wanted to be on this vehicle. We were going to move on but received a last ditch compromise that was fair to us. We picked up the Jeep a couple days later..... it is a 2.5 hour drive from where we live. The transaction was as offered / quick and professional. We have only had the vehicle a few days but follow-up to-date from the salesperson /dealership has been pleasant and appreciated. Hope to buy there again and would recommend giving them a call if at all in the new vehicle market. JK More
