This is where I was introduced to Mike Blanda and discovered that he was friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and patient. After a few questions, I could see that he understood my requirements and that he would work hard to earn my business. To my surprise, he not only put together a package that met my needs, it exceeded my expectations. I told him that although I found the deal attractive, I had to think about it and would return if I decided to proceed with the purchase. He behaved in a professional manner and at no time did he attempt to coerce or pressure me into making a deal.
