Poor service no parts I love Chrysler dodge vehicles, had a pacifica, dodge ram, and now we still have another ram, a jeep and a 300. But every visit requires two days, I come in for my issue only to be told after 2-4 hours, we found the problem, but parts are backorder/not in stock we will call you when they are in, then I have to set another day for the service. Happened on my 300, and on the jeep several times. Those arnt old vehicles, 300 is 2013, Jeep is 2011. Never going there with vehicles out of warranty, prices are crazy, always cheaper at other Chrysler dealers or private mechanic. And Michelle is always I need more time you have to leave it etc, never Yehh it's simple will take 20min. Never do they offer rental, just here we will take you home, killing my day off. And I have extended gold coverage. More

The most important aspect was that he delivered on/before time after committing. A lot of other dealership places I visited always quoted me an unrealistically low price at first, and then they would start talking about hidden fees, or would fail to deliver their promised value. Eddie was very forthcoming about the specific product and its monetary value, which I really liked. Lisa Capaldi handled the financial side of our transaction, and she maybe the friendliest and nicest of all financial reps that I've ever met. She made sure that all the important details of our contract was fully understood by us, and welcomed all our questions and concerns. Also, she didn't push too hard to sell us the additional services, and respectfully left the decision to our discretion. Overall, I was very satisfied with this branch's service and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to buy a new car. More
