I found the vehicle I had been interested in ('16 Dodge Journey SXT Blacktop) and thought 'what don't have to lose?'. I gave them a call. Eddie, from the first call, was earning my business. For the first time during my car buying experience, I felt that a team was in it for me. The vehicle had nearly everything I wanted so he worked with me to get everything I wanted at a fair price. This was all over the phone, text, and through email. After a couple of text messages and phone calls I was making arrangements to travel from Ottawa to Toronto to pick up my new SXT. Eddie and his staff all had my best interests as their first priority (Stephanie from finance was fantastic as well!). We love our new car and it was delivered as promised. He invited me in to look at some of the options that fit the description of what I needed and based on what he was saying and suggesting I immediately knew he had my best interests in mind. He got me more then I expected and made it fit our budget and all without feeling pressured or rushed. What blew me away is that even after the sale was done and the money had changed hands, was that he called to wish me a happy Father's day. It was a few days after I had already had the vehicle and just shows how personable the people as Seven View are. He didn't have anything else to sell me, he was just a good human being wishing me a happy Father's day because we both chatted briefly about how much our kids mean to us.
