Although I wanted my car to be fully loaded, Eddie made me to think twice if I really want all that features. He even calculated the additional expenses I will encount if I go with all that extras I want in my car. He helped my to think what I want. He helped to make right decisions. In this way, he is not pusshy. He is very friendly, professional, well informed, attentive to customer needs and caring. Attention to customer needs is the secret of Eddie's success. I could see he is very successful in car sales. I am very happy to purchase my car, fully loaded 2014 Town and Country - Limited, through Eddie. However, Eddie could not make me to settle for less. They were the only Dealership I contacted, out of about ten, that would work with me They had the vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. They were the only Dealership I contacted, out of about ten, that would work with me over the phone. I was able to complete the transaction with only one visit to the Dealership. When I arrived they had the vehicle and all paperwork ready to go. In less than an hour I was driving off the lot. They even put $50 gas in the tank so I didn't have to look for a gas station.
