Attention to Customer Needs - is the secret of his Success Its very common with most car dealers that the sales persons use force, tricks, intimidation, etc. to make you buy a car from them. Although I wanted my car to be fully loaded, Eddie made me to think twice if I really want all that features. He even calculated the additional expenses I will encount if I go with all that extras I want in my car. He helped my to think what I want. He helped to make right decisions. When I arrived they had the vehicle and all paperwork ready to go. In less than an hour I was driving off the lot. They even put $50 gas in the tank so I didn't have to look for a gas station.
