When I called in they connected me with Eddie in sales, I told him what I was looking for, he suggested I come in as he said he had the truck I was looking for. had many choices, always had the info I was looking for, had all the answers, was good with the numbers, always new what my bottom line was, deal took couple of weeks as I could not decide but I was never pressure, Eddie was very patient and very helpful. I did purchase my 2014 Ram from them, got what I wanted at a great price, I would highly recommend this dealer and when you call in ask for Eddie you won't be disappointed. He is very professional, personable and knows his vehicles. He definitely went the extra mile to get us the deal we wanted and answered any and all questions we had. Not many sales people like this around to really take care of the customer, absolutely wonderful experience with him. Their finance manager, Lisa, is another story altogether. Found her very unprofessional, not knowledgeable and didn't even take the time to explain the finance agreement to us NOR even have the common courtesy to call us back when she said she would. It's a shame that she blemishes an otherwise good dealership. The used car manager, don't even bother! Wants to steal your trade in and has absolutely no clue as to what a vehicle's worth is. Here's a tip, people know what their cars are worth on the market and they expect to get lowballed by a dealer on trade.....but going ridiculously low is just an insult and will cause you to lose clientele. Luckily, we liked the salesperson Cosimo so much, that we decided to work with him anyways and didn't bother with a trade, so it worked out. Also, great staff in the service department. Both Michelle at front counter and Vince (a service technician) were excellent to deal with when I had a concern the next day. Overall, happy with our experience other than the finance person and the used car manager. Good dealership, great sales and service staff. More

After buying a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee I had Domenic should be commended for his commitment to customer service in the service department at SevenView. After buying a new 2014 Jeep Cherokee I had a remote starter installed. Even though the part itself took a while to come in, when it did Domenic made sure that my first service experience had me walking away happy. He recognizes that everyone's time is precious these days and when the installation needed some extra time and to not inconvenience me he had me leave in a rental car and return the next day after work to pick-up my jeep. He explained the issue to me and made it clear that he did not want the job to be rushed and possibly have me returning with a problem. The next day when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, another apology and my key in his hand. I appreciated his honesty and concern for my service experience. This experience proved to me that Domenic knows how to do his job well and that he cares. Thanks Dom! Today when I walked in for my first oil change, he remembered my name from a month ago, he was very friendly and had the job completed in minimal time. It's nice to be treated in a service department as a valued customer, but also especially nice to be greeted and treated like you're a friend. In the morning my car didnt turn on so I called the dealership, and informed them of what had happened. Upon arrival at the dealership, Domenic Colalillo greeted us with the best possible manner. After the mechanics looked at the car he said that the car will need to stay at the dealership overnight and should be fixed within the next few days. Domenic had provided us with a car to use for the time being. The following morning Domenic had called me and said that our car was already fixed! The service was absolutely fantastic and very smooth. 5+++ More
