New Grand Caravan Purchase. After initially talking to another salesperson, at another dealership, I was happy to find Eddie Tawil at Seven View. A friend had recommended Seven View and Eddie quickly responded to my inquiry via the dealership's website. Eddie spoke in straight forward terms I could understand - not a lot of 'discount this and discount that' that I got from the other salesperson. He was on the ball and quick to respond to my needs, managing to hunt down exactly the features and colour I requested. The only wrinkle was a financing issue with the TD that had nothing to do with Eddie, but when I tried to contact him about it, even though he was on vacation Eddie responded to my email and put me in touch with the business manager, Jon Carter. As mentioned below, Jon was instrumental in finding a work-around to my problem. Thank you Jon and Eddie. More
