Friendly; professional; helpful. But you get the above and beyond. I myself am a car guy; know the ins and outs and do my research and know every little detail to even the tire pressure. I fully trust the advice of the staff there and have great confidence in the quality they provide. My last car lasted me 9 years and still ran great, but it was time for an upgrade. With a bit of help from Eddie Tawil, we found the perfect car that meets all my wants and needs. I haven't had any experience with other sales reps there so I can't speak for them but Eddie is my go to guy and I assure anyone else who deals with him will be more than happy when driving off the lot in their new car.
