I checked with dealers closer to me and they could not touch the price so I phoned Eddie and he asked me what colour I wanted then told me he would call when it came in. Within two weeks Eddie called to let me know my new sandstone coloured Caravan arrived. Not only could no other Dodge dealerships beat the price that I was given by Eddie, they couldn't even match it even though they eagerly wanted my business. I traveled across the city to the dealership but it was well worth it. Eddie was extremely patient with me as it took me some time to commit to the deal. Dominic is the Man! so, I bought a slightly used dodge Durango from another dealer. within 4-5 days I noticed shaking in the steering wheel. turns out I got issues with w so, I bought a slightly used dodge Durango from another dealer. within 4-5 days I noticed shaking in the steering wheel. turns out I got issues with warped rotors. I bring it into 7 view and speak to Dominic diagnoses the problem. What a nice and honest guy. He tells me that the dealer I purchased the vehicle from should inspect the rotors and should replace them at their cost as apparently when you purchase a new vehicle the dealer of purchase is obligated to ensure safety . Turns out he was right -and saved me $1000 with this information other service guys may have not provided. I recently went back to 7-view with another minor issue. Dominic remembered me, welcomed me and got me in and out faster than I have ever been processed in any other dealer (and I've been driving for 20 years). Plus you should have this guy work... Intrinsically motivated, honest and quick. Please somebody promote this guy! More
