Mike made buying a car (Jeep Wagoneer) as simple as I've always wished. This purchase decision was unique in that I knew what I wanted and engaged Mike remotely. In past I've found reps won't take this type of outreach seriously. They typically want you to come in before they provide a price or value on your trade. Mike respected my time and interest from the first call engaging with me in ways that worked for me - including text messages, and emails. This saved me both time and frustration. I was a bit fearful that when I went to pickup the car and handle paperwork (which was the first time I visited the dealership) that the process would go back to old school car buying, but I was in and out in no time. Paperwork was ready to be signed, and the car was ready with a quick but thorough walk through of how it worked. Later that day as I had little questions about features Mike continued to support me by text with the answers to keep me going. I don't know I'm ready to fully buy a car online but Mike and the Seven View team including Matthew Schmidt created a hybrid experience where I had close to that with the right human touch to give me the confidence to purchase and know I would get support as needed. Impressed and highly recommend them! More
Horrendous Experience - Stay Away from Seven View Chrysler! I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Seven View Chrysler. I purchased a brand new car from them in August 2022, and from day Chrysler! I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Seven View Chrysler. I purchased a brand new car from them in August 2022, and from day one, I have been facing issues with the screen in my car. It's been 11 months since then, and my problem remains unresolved. This dealership's lack of responsibility and customer service is beyond belief! Immediately after leaving the dealership, my car's screen started acting up, and I was assured by the dealership that it was normal for a new car. But how can a brand new car have such significant issues right from the start? Since then, I have made numerous complaints and visited the dealership multiple times, wasting so much of my valuable time. On my first visit, they claimed that a simple update would fix the issue, but it didn't work. I must have gone through over 15 updates, and still, the screen refuses to function properly. They even tried replacing the screen, but that didn't work either. As a result, I had to leave my car with them for extended periods - three days, then eight days, and even almost two weeks. The inconvenience of not having my own car and having to rely on a rental, which wasn't suitable for my work, caused me to lose multiple days of work. This is absolutely unacceptable! What's even more infuriating is that they have no solution in sight for my car, despite the fact that I spent over $100,000 on it! Eleven months later, my car remains unfixed, and they seem to be avoiding the fact that it is their responsibility to either provide me with a new car or issue a full refund. The worst part is their evasive attitude when confronted with the issue. They try to charm you with smooth words but take no real action or responsibility. Instead, they pass the blame onto Chrysler, saying that it's Chrysler's fault for selling them a defective car. Well, that's not my problem, and it's not an excuse for them to neglect their duty to their customers. I highly advise against purchasing a car from Seven View Chrysler. They are nothing but scammers who don't care about their customers once the sale is made. The lack of professionalism, the refusal to address my concerns adequately, and the failure to provide a resolution have left me feeling completely betrayed. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your car-buying needs. Seven View Chrysler is not worth your time, money, or trust. I hope my review serves as a warning to others looking to make a major purchase from this dealership. Avoid them at all costs! More

Bought a Jeep from Mike Blanda in August 2021. It is a 2016 Jeep Wrangler. On the buying side he was great, but when I went to sign the paperwork, the lady in finance was extremely rude. So much so, I told Mike if my sale was based on her poor attitude, I would have walked away. And I should have. April 2022 - Replaced battery and starter. August 2022 - I have spent over $5000 on repairs for a Jeep that I’ve had for ONE year for a check engine light with various error codes. Mikes solution was to go back to the dealership and buy “a new vehicle under warranty”. This purchase has caused so much stress and drained me financially. I would not recommend this place. Please read all the reviews with the one stars, many of them have the same complaints. More
We have purchased 4 vehicles from Seven View and always had them serviced at the dealer. Domenic has made sure the vehicles have been safe for my kids to drive. I went to Seven View Chrysler, late in day on a Saturday, with a tire issue. Most of the staff was gone but Domenic made sure to help me with my tire repair.
