I did not have an appointment at 2pm according to Domenic. I am placed in the queue at 2pm behind other customers. BIG DIFFERENCE. I was quoted a dollar figure by the reps who call for the work being done that the technicians are not aware of. Who tells them this? I had an oil change and tire installation amount quoted by reps. The technicians amount was about 80 or 90 dollars more. This was only after l told the technician of the quote l was given for the work. Your reps who call and reply regarding the work and your technicians need to work closer together and be in sync. Because of the experience l waited longer than l expected,2 hours. I paid more than expected,around 80 90 dollars. More

After having a bad ram experience my starter failed at only 31 months. I was devastated I have had many vechiles no starter fails in 3 yrs.
