Jeep in a hurry! I had a great experience there yesterday. I phoned from out of town, 30 mins later they were ready for me to test drive the car I wanted. 2 hours late I had a great experience there yesterday. Sales rep, Manager and Finance personnel were so good to me and kind, caring and had empathy towards me knowing this was a huge personal investment and they seemed to care about my needs. I will certainly recommend them to others. Great job and i LOVE my jeep (I couldn't find this make and model anywhere and they were able to get me exactly what I wanted!) More

Best Chrysler Dealership I have ever dealt with I was visiting Winnipeg from the states for Folklorama when my 'get service now' light came up. I asked my friends in Stony Mountain whether I should I was visiting Winnipeg from the states for Folklorama when my 'get service now' light came up. I asked my friends in Stony Mountain whether I should take my RAM truck to a Winnipeg dealership and they steered me to Selkirk Chrysler. I am very glad they did, the ladies at the service department were very knowledgable and got my truck in right away. As soon as they determined the problem, they got the part ordered and arranged for a rental car for the night. They were extremely courteous and friendly. Brought in for service So how to start. Brought my truck in months ago engine oil going black after 20 kms after fresh oil change . Apparently oil is not supposed to be gold So how to start. Brought my truck in months ago engine oil going black after 20 kms after fresh oil change . Apparently oil is not supposed to be golden but black. Won't do nothing after having truck for 2 week techs don't seem to know why. At that time they said my block heater was falling out and would be covered under warranty and they would call me when it is in for them to do it. Month goes buy they didn't call . I called them see if it was in they said it was so I booked my truck to go in to get oil change and block heater replaced.. Wednesday June 21 2017 truck was in there service department for two hours doing the work. June 24 2017 truck over heated as my wife was driving it. I went under the truck to see where coolant was leaking from and what I saw was the same block heater that was not replaced. xxx did they have my truck in the shop for two hours for if they didn't replace the block heater???? Wonder what there gonna say now. I have pictures to prove was never replaced. Unfortunately can't post the picture on here. Have but bad experience with dodge . See other Google review wpg dodge that I had posted . Are all dodge dealerships incompetent???? I will post and update as to what selkirk dodge say about them not doing the work they say they do. Please check there work can not be trusted. I now if I ever let them touch my truck again will be standing next to the tech watching him do the work or be asking for pictures or video of work being done as I now don't trust them. More
