They put the WOW in customer experience We spent the month of May and June seriously looking for a Van. We tried every dealership in Winnipeg and Steinbach. We just couldn't find the right Van at the right price and to be honest most salespersons made us feel like we were unrealistic in our needs and options for the vehicle we were looking for. We felt pressured to buy something we felt was not close to what we wanted. That all changed when we stopped in at Selkirk Chrysler on our way to Victoria Beach one day. Kelvin was the sales consultant aka " The tall guy" at 6'9". He started our discussion with the best interactive listening I have encountered. He asked questions about what we needed, he repeated, confirmed, clarified and did everything right to he understood everything we were asking for. In business it has been said " you have 2 ears and 1 mouth so listen twice as much as you talk". To be honest this first interface did not create the sale. Kelvin showed us a number of vehicles that met our needs to most degrees but because we are the cautious \, non-impulsive types we said we would go home and ponder our next step. A week went by Kelvin did not call or put pressure on us in any way and quite frankly that is exactly what we wanted. We did receive a call from the sales manager Adrianno, not to put pressure but let us know that he received some new vehicles that might fit our needs and to ask a few questions about our trade in vehicle because as the sales manager he would be the person finalizing all aspects of the deal. He also said the Kelvin and him were a team and would work together to help us find the perfect vehicle. That conversation was what resulted in our return visit. Adrianno and Kelvin sat with us and , long story short we did make a decision to purchase. In our mind, what was really different is that ( like most dealers) you look for a vehicle through discussions with a sales consultant and when you find the vehicle you want, the sales person hands you over to the sales manager and leaves you alone with him. You have no relationship with the sales manager and his / her job is to negotiate the deal for the dealership. Our experience was much different and a pleasant change from the norm. We would recommend " the Tall Guy and Adrianno" to anyone if you want to be served with true honesty, caring and sincerity, When all was said and done we felt very satisfied with the deal and I am sure they made money as well, no losers , all winners. This is a long story because i could not adequately support our rating without some details. We are very happy owners of a Chrysler Pacifica. Peter and Audrey More

Turned out well because by 2:30 the same day, on a Saturday, I was leaving the dealership with a new vehicle. This was the best experience we had purchasing a vehicle, right from the initial phone call to when we left with our new 2018 Ram Truck. We were greeted with a very warm welcome as soon as we entered the dealership. Our salesman Bill Knight was a truly genuine gentleman who was not pushy and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. The sales manager Andrew Rewucki made the sale a much more relaxed experience and was very pleasant to deal with. These two gentlemen are very rare to see in today’s dealership. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to visit this dealership and see the wonderful staff. I will most defiantly be returning. My husband bought his Dodge Ram 1/2 ton there, my daughter bought her Neon there and my son-in-law bought his Dodge Ram 1/2 ton there. We live in Winnipeg and continue to take our vehicles to Selkirk for service. The Service Department is exceptional especially Ashley Trojanowski who always makes sure we are looked after to the best of her ability. We are thinking of a Cherokee next! More
