No one works outside of banker hours I worked with Robbie, he is smart enought to know when to work outside the script. We had a deal, no deposit, just our word. Then Robbie went on scheduled holidays and no one else cared about the deal. My car was at another dealership, the deal was that I had to wait the weekend to see if that other dealership could sell it. They did not. I sent 2 emails and made a phone call to the used car manager who I was told was looking after me. He did not know who I was or my name when I called. Never responded to my emails. Tuesday morning comes, and at this point I have done a lot of work to do this deal, more than anyone else in the deal. I was going to drive the 5 hours to get the car. Everyone else is just making phone calls or responding to emails or ignoring my emails. I, the customer, was the hardest working person in the transaction, think about that. So, I decide I have to put a deadline on this BS, and I did. All anyone had to do was to reply to my email, it takes seconds. No one reached out. So, I nuked the deal, left scathing reviews for both dealerships. They both claim that the deal was done OR they were so close to doing a deal...LIARS both of them. They now just want to blame me, like spineless blobs with no character. I was sent their email correspondence. There was no deal despite the used car manager saying it was all arranged, a blatant lie. He said it was all my fault, and then doubled down and said that the other dealer would no longer deal with them ever! What a ridiculous thing to put on a customer you screwed over by being lazy. I find out that on Monday at 6:55 PM, 5 minutes before Seaway closes, an email was sent to other dealer. Other dealer responds in 5 minutes, but Seaway is closed. No response until Tuesday morning when I tell them they need to act and they ignore me. How on earth a place that is never open much, can operate on banker hours. When the manager will not respond to email after hours is some utopian socialist dream, and like all socialism, the results were inevitable. how these people think they can get paid by being so lazy is foreign to me, a man that retired at 50 by working 6 days a week, 12-16 hours a day. They took a happy experience and turned it into hostilities, just because they are lazy. its just email, it is not work by any strecth of the imagination, I know work, work is with tools and shovels, this was so easy, its just shifiting papers. I know business too, and this was just a joke. it was so eay anf they scewed it up. The used car manager then tels me I will get my deposit back, just perfect. There was no depoit, very dialed in. No response from owner, so perhaps the problem is from the top down? Last thought, why I was dealing with used car manager when the GM was the one that needed to do something I do not know. I do know I wouldnt want that squad managing me, and I wouldnt want to do business there, even when I get my Corvette I will go elsewhere for service. More

Great Service! I brought my car in for both a recall and a leaky transmission. My transmission was under warranty so that was a definite bonus. They took care of both PLUS they went above and beyond doing a bunch of other stuff at no extra charge...they didn't have to do that and they did. They certainly are improving their service.
