Worse decision of my life. I was looking around at a bunch of different vehicles because I was unsure of the car I wanted. I finally decided on a 2013 kia Rio, I took the car for a test drive and I loved it, so I begin to do the paper work with a woman there. I when home and a couple days later she calls me and say I was aapproved and its a low price and everything, I was so excited but then she tells me not for that car not and that there is a different car I was approved for, a 2010 Nissan, I was told the price was the same and all that. So I go in to sign the papers and I was told a different price then before for a older car. I ended up getting a "deal" with them witch I soon found out was totally Bull. I ended up paying 600. 00$ a month and a rate of 32. 5% and now I am stuck with a $14. 000 car debt becasue that b***** lied to sell the car. DO NOT GO HERE!!! More

POOR SALES TEAM We went in looking for a vehicle for the 3rd time in 2 years. So as most folks we found some dealers in Edmonton(more competition there between Toyota dealers) and we bought a van. This time around thought we would see the culture has changed a year later(it hadn't ) I'm looking for a pickup used and again they just threw some numbers at me and let me walk out the door??? I don't get it?? Researching on line and planning a trip down to Edmonton to (look) and buy a truck there. I guess they think everyone has oil money, but 27.000-30.000 must not meet there standards. Unfortunately, Zach wasn't able to be present when I flew in to pick up the truck, so I got to deal with someone else, who was pretty lackluster and brushed off my questions and concerns about the truck, as he was very busy. I bought it anyway and drove it home. A week or two later I got a follow-up email from Zach, at which point I reiterated my concerns, and much to my surprise he offered to reimburse me for getting the bulk of the issues fixed. Needless to say, through his awesome customer service, Zach has managed to salvage an experience that became mediocre, and restore it back to a fully happy purchase. More
