Great Customer Service - 4 Runner Level Achieved I went into Sean Sargent with no expectations but was looking for a 4Runner. I've been scoping their lot for a few months now and when I saw the Black I went into Sean Sargent with no expectations but was looking for a 4Runner. I've been scoping their lot for a few months now and when I saw the Black SR5 I knew that I had to test drive it. From the moment we were on the lot looking, Logan came out and introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable with the 4Runner, and other Toyota vehicles and answered all our questions. There were no hidden costs in the listed price. The signing process went smoothly and Don was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend Sean Sargent to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More
Disappointed My wife and I were very excited to purchase a new Rav4 last year, and we thought our purchase experience at Sean Sargent went very well initially. Firstly, the quoted winter tires they had promised us which were a certain brand name had been swapped for an inferior set that was less than the quoted value. Secondly, I was lied to by the salesman about the block heater being installed. I outright asked him if the vehicle came with a block heater, and he replied yes. Imagine this: -36 Celsius and I am scrambling to find the block heater, I cannot find it so I call the dealership to ask where it is (thinking it has been installed), after the call we were informed that not only is there no block heater installed in our vehicle, it had been recalled and wouldn't be available until January (which it is now and it is still not available). Not one mention of the recall on the block heater, the needed installation scheduling, or anything about it. Sorry, Sean Sargent but you lost a potential lifelong customer. More

Terrible Sales and Service Extremely poor sales and service. I have a friend that recently purchased a used vehicle that had a 30 day return policy on it. In the first three weeks the clutch failed, vehicle stalls intermittently, power windows quit working, rear back camera quit working, AC quit working and found out there is no block heater installed in the car. After being stranded on holidays they have yet to help out with any costs and now are telling her the return policy is not actually a return policy at all and that they will not refund her. Craig the manager when speaking to her this morning was rude and condescending to her and had the audacity to ask if she had a male friend like a father or boyfriend that could deal this for her.... The sales associate Glen loves to completely ignore her calls and texts. Also found out that car was advertised on the sticker as a 2015 model. Found out when it was insured its actually a 2014. Lots of dishonesty. Anyway she has no option now but to get lawyers involved... Sad that dealers feel they can treat anyone this way but I am sure it will get resolved. I would definitely think twice before setting foot on this dealership. More

Little mental midget Howie comes out saying that ive been threatening employees. Even to the point they were scared, apparently thats what happens when you complain about the service. He then brought me to the back to test a module for me and to show me how busy the shop was which is fine. He didn't end up testing anything for me and told me i was giving him attitude. Dont say you guys will do something and then get pissed when an appointment wasnt made. The he decided to escort me out the back and shutting down any logic that was brought to his attention. Wouldn't listen what so ever. Definitely a ego issue and recommend taking a managment coarse. Highly recommend not going here. Go to Edmonton Toyota if you want real service. Thats just one issue. More

2017 Toyota Tacomba-Bought a Badass Truck! Went in looking for a 2017 Toyota Tacomba.... felt we were treated with respect and that the Sales Rep was upfront and honest about all of the feature Went in looking for a 2017 Toyota Tacomba.... felt we were treated with respect and that the Sales Rep was upfront and honest about all of the features- whether they were a positive or could be improved by Toyota. Test driving was super easy and enjoyed being able to do this while we were in Grande Prairie as we live out of town. Very impressed that time was taken in order to familiarize us with all of the features that our new purchase had. Sean Sargent has restored our faith in Toyota dealers as our previous experience in Edmonton was far less than pleasant when we purchased a new vehicle in the past. More
Overall Experience I have nothing but great things to say about Sean Sargent Toyota. I purchased my corolla in 2013 - my first car purchase ever which both intimidating I have nothing but great things to say about Sean Sargent Toyota. I purchased my corolla in 2013 - my first car purchase ever which both intimidating and information overload, but Dennis was never pushy and made sure to explain everything to me in detail. They even had a spreadsheet that broke down the exact cost of each model and the different packages. I didn't feel like he was making up a price just because I was younger. I haven't had one issue with my car in four years, and have only had to visit the service department for oil changes - that I have only ever had to wait about max 15 minutes for and never have to make an appointment. I also stopped by first thing in the morning (7:30 am - convenient to be able to go before work!) because my rear tail light was burnt out. They changed it in less than ten minutes free of charge other than the $4.00 bulb. More
