Our 2014 GMC Sierra 3500 We have been dealing with Scougall Motors since 1995. Leased our first & second Sierra - then bought out the 1998. Since then we have purchased 7 more vehicles - 3 used & 4 new vehicles. We have been treated great & respectfully each time. Thanks for finding us the exact 2014 we were looking for. However we have had a few problems with the delivery of our 2014: 1. The HERD bumper we had installed came with a big scratch right across the top of it. We stopped to show off our new truck to friends in Fort Macleod on our way home when we noticed the scratch. It was replaced. 2. Tire pressure - 58psi in front & 76psi in rear. I checked the tire pressure & adjusted just before we headed to the states on a 5500 km trip. Truck came from Trail, BC - hopefully not like this, but should have been double checked at Scougall's. 3. We had ordered truck with Premium Protection package. When I was installing running boards, I noticed that it had not been undercoated & actually the only thing that had been done was the 3M protection. We had to take my truck back again to have the rest of the protection done. More

Mike went out of his way to make sure my truck was ready to go when it was convenient for me to pick it up. He even had my topper from Lethbridge at the dealership and installed so I didn't have to backtrack on my way home to Red Deer. Jady made the paperwork part go quickly and easy to do. After two weeks of shopping around I was very disappointed with the quality of service and vehicles which I found. Scougall Motors’ employees Allen Verhoef and Jady Sharp provided a civil and pleasant service. It was so nice to deal with the team of professionals who take pride in what they do and realize that they do not really work with cars but rather with people. There was diplomacy in everything (which rarely happens). I appreciate the phone calls answered by a live person even after hours even on Christmas day when I called just to leave a message. The car was super clean, and all of the paperwork was ready to go upon arrival. They filled up the gas tank after our test drive, and provided a temporary license plate to transport the car from Fort McLeod to Lethbridge. In the end, the deal was very nice. I would recommend this dealership to other people looking to buy a car. More
