This dealership has been fantastic. I’ve been to several in both Red Deer and Calgary over the last few months looking for my perfect vehicle. Subaru wasn’t even on my radar, but I thou I’ve been to several in both Red Deer and Calgary over the last few months looking for my perfect vehicle. Subaru wasn’t even on my radar, but I thought I’d swing in while driving by to see what they had to offer. I’m glad I did! Everyone working there has been super friendly, and not that fake “I’ll do anything to take your money” friendly. They seem to just be genuinely nice people. Clay in particular has been amazing. He’s really helped me figure out my options and I’ve learned a lot from talking to him. I’ve purchased many cars over the years and I think he’s the only sales person who hasn’t tried to make me feel like he’s doing me a huge favor and guilt me into making quick decisions. Since going there I also have been doing a lot of research on Subaru and the Forester and have been very pleasantly surprised in what I’ve learned. I made the right decision with this brand, I think. Oh! And the fact that Subaru hasn’t grossly inflated their prices due to the vehicle shortage is HUGE. The other two vehicles I considered (CX-5, RAV4) were both insanely inflated and approx $4000 more than the Forester for similar trims. More

He answered my myriad of questions throughout the entire process (I was waiting a couple months for the car due to supply chain issues and BC floods—so it was a lot of inquiries) and went the extra mile to look into all options, tires and shipping options. He was very upfront and honest about timelines etc. In fact, Clay was so helpful from my first call with him that I forwent going with a dealer in the city I was moving to (where there was a Crosstrek already on the lot) because I wanted to continue to work with Clay. Clay worked hard to help me get what I needed and never once made me feel to be a nuisance (again, I asked a lot of questions) and we communicated strictly via phone and email since I don’t live in Red Deer. I would 100% recommend Scott Subaru and Clay to anyone I know! I am not only a proud Subaru owner, but a very happy customer of Scott Subaru! More
