I got a response quickly from Clay, and instantly felt like a valued customer. He was quick to answer all my questions and was transparent about the whole process. I ended up ordering a 2018 Crosstrek Sport with Eyesight, and during the wait time, I was always kept informed. When I finally got to pick it up, it was such a seamless and stress free experience. Clay went over the details of my new ride and helped me figure out all the technology. There were no surprises upon signing the paperwork. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. He was never pushy, never phoned to bug me at work (like the other dealers!), and just gave me the time to think about what I wanted. He even shared my old car's kijiji ad to help me sell it privately. He is very knowledgeable, sincere, polite..you can tell he loves the brand! He was always prompt in responding to my emails and texts. He gave me an honest and fair price by showing me the actual numbers and was willing to work with me to get me everything I wanted in my Subaru. I emailed other dealers in Edmonton and Calgary and either their price was higher or they could not give me the details I wanted in a timely manner.
