He shared his knowledge and expertise and ultimately gave me a piece of mind. He carefully listened to my needs and wants with a car and gave me options based on that. He was never pushy and never made me feel "forced" to buy a car. After a few weeks of exploring the different car options, I purchased a 2014 Honda Ex. Great price, low kms, and well taken care of. Trade In I was shopping around to trade in my 2012 Hyundai Elantra because I needed a bigger car for my upcoming baby. A friend of mine referred me to Jermaine I was shopping around to trade in my 2012 Hyundai Elantra because I needed a bigger car for my upcoming baby. A friend of mine referred me to Jermaine at this dealership. Before coming here, I never even considered getting a used car. Jermaine showed me several options and worked out something I could afford based on what I wanted, even with the negative equity on my old car. I ended up getting a 2015 Dodge Journey complete with all the features I wanted and some I never even thought I could afford. He answered all my questions, was very patient and had my new car clean and ready for me within a couple days! He also was available for any questions I had following the purchase.
