If you need somebody openly and patiently explain to the smallest detail everything and not trying to push you in any directions ;then ...give you time and space to decide on your own what you really want ...Well,then you’ll need to have George, as your adviser! He will connect with you instantly ,you’ll feel important not just because he makes you feel like that but because you are important to him. He is always fast, polite, and exactly to the poin I just wanted to let you know how satisfied my wife and I are with your Master Mechanic Chris Chiu. He is always fast, polite, and exactly to the point when it comes to explaining the details about the repair. He will always disclose which repairs are needed and which are not. We have never had Chris pressure us into buying unneeded parts for the car or spending more than is required. Chris stands out for his honesty, service and how much he cares about the customer. We have purchased two new Toyotas and based on a friends recommendation have brought the cars to Chris and will continue to do so. He is a mechanic we can trust to do an excellent job. In the past we have had bad experiences with Canadian tire mechanics. They never seemed able to resolve an issue with the tire pressure sensor. It was always a parade back and forth with the mechanics because the Tire pressure sensor light was always on regardless if the tire was low on pressure or not. As you can imagine this was starting to cost us a lot of money. Since we have switched to Chris to be our Mechanic, this has never happened. We are very impressed with Scarborough Toyota. From the warm and friendly greetings of your service department to the excellent, skilled and knowledgeable work done by your master Mechanic Chris Chiu. My family and I wouldn't trust anyone else to repair our vehicles! We would definitely recommend Chris to our friends any time. Liars I had seen a used car for sale on Autotrader for sale. I had called them before leaving to ask if the car was available. They had said yes. When I I had seen a used car for sale on Autotrader for sale. I had called them before leaving to ask if the car was available. They had said yes. When I got there they said it was sold but started showing me other cars. I feel they were using switch and bait tactics. Completly unprofessional people trying to cheat customer by advertising a car for sale with low price and when customer gets there telling them its sold. Im sure im not the only one they have done this. DO NOT GO HERE. In an age of social media tactics like this cant work. More

Visit for Service (maintenance) I had the regular maintenance last Saturday 05 Mar 2016 for my Rav4 LE 2014, 3 days after (08 March 2016) My car stop two times at 401, oil light was I had the regular maintenance last Saturday 05 Mar 2016 for my Rav4 LE 2014, 3 days after (08 March 2016) My car stop two times at 401, oil light was blinking! I called Toyota 24 Hour service for towing! I ask the towing to bring it at Scarborough Toyota. I saw how they open my engine and let oil flow out but almost notning drips. I am so upset, I saw the maintenance guy pulling out a broken black ring shape (maybe sealant). I was expecting my car to last longer, but seems like Im wrong!, FOR SURE THERE WILL BE AN EFFECT TO MY CAR THAT OIL LEAKAGE MAYBE NOT TODAY BUT SOON! prior to that i also had the hood deflector and window visor installed, it was night time, and in the morning minor scratches was all over my car! upset! More
