Yell at you if you do not pick up a car after driving test 1. This sales person turned very upset at me, even in front of his sales manager when I couldn't not pick up the car just after test drive. 2. I comp 1. I complained to their sales manager, this manager told me it was because I was older than this sales person, or this sales was having a bad day, so I got this bad attitude. Speechless. 3. Complained to their general manager Mr. Justin Griffin next day, he apologized. The sales person called me (which I missed) and sent me an apology email two days later. 4. To the sales and dealership: Provide a good customer service first, and a little bit of patient, then you can make the money. I accept your apology, but being yelled at isn't a good experience, and the memory will last a while. More

Spoiled break rotors 2 times The service is worst ever and I dont know who gave it high rating. This mechanical service never changed break pods on time until rotors are damaged! Service from the Best!! I had an unexpected visit on Monday because I had 2 flat tires on Saturday. Had Road Side got me up and going so that I could take it into Jenneth. I had an unexpected visit on Monday because I had 2 flat tires on Saturday. Had Road Side got me up and going so that I could take it into Jenneth. She has always taken care of me and my Camrys. When I explained what was going on she could tell that I was really upset - I had not idea what was happening with my car.... When I purchased this car she mad suggestions about what coverage I should look at and it paid off!!! I would never go to any other place - Insurance sent me somewhere else once and NEVER again will I let them. Jenneth and Scarborough take excellant care of me and my car!!! More
