Unfortunately, we were unable to enter into any negotiation with you on a new vehicle while you had already signed a bill of sale with another dealership. This would be direct violation of OMVIC regulations. I know this wasn't the response you were looking for when you arrived here, but we cannot violate these regulations, and understandably this soured your experience with us. Knowing now that we were unable to help you, since you had this existing agreement in place, I hope you can understand why we couldn't move forward. I hope that this helps alleviate your concerns with Richard, as he had no intentions of offending you. We would be happy to work very hard for you in any future purchase or servicing of your vehicle, if the opportunity presents itself. I apologize that we couldn't be of more help when you came to our dealership ... but our hands are tied once that agreement with another dealership is in place. You have the wrong person. I never had any prior bill of sale of any sort. This is just sad your dealership has to come up with a false story to show face. I rest my case on the behavior of this sales manager and the dealership itself. It's terrible that you would fabricate this random story about me having some bill of sale to justify my terrible experience rather than offering a solution or a simple apology. Please avoid at all cost.
